Bellevue, WA: Bowling Mechanic
Maintains pinsetters, automatic scoring, lanes, building and all other club equipment at the highest level of efficiency.

• Efficient and prudent procurement of replacing bowling equipment parts.
• Maintaining and replenishing correct parts inventory by recording machine repairs and parts used.
• After obtaining final approvals, coordinate all repairs and replacements, from the general manager or mechanical operations director.
• Scheduling labor hours and managing the daily activity of at least 2 mechanical staff members or equivalent.

• Two or more years related experience on brunswick A-2 machines; or equivalent combination
or education and experience.

Bellevue, WA: Sales Associate
The Sales Associate will be responsible for soliciting and booking party groups. This includes but not limited to corporate groups, team building, parties and bowling lane reservations.

• Books parties and small functions
• Create proposals for events to meet clients’ needs

• 1-2 years event/ catering sales experience (Hospitality)
• Computer literate
• Good written and verbal communication
• Positive attitude

Novi, MI & Chicago, IL: Food & Beverage/ Floor Manager
Responsible for all aspects of the day to day shift operations and activities of the venue while focusing on guest experience and support of the venue team. Ensures all Lucky Strike standards, policies and procedures are adhered to.

* Ensuring guest experience and satisfaction. Provides direction, motivation and coaching along with coordination to ensure that the proper level of service is provided to all guests.
* Ensures that Food and Beverage COS, Controllable expenses and labor costs are within budgetary guidelines

* Minimum 2 years management experience in the Hospitality and / or Entertainment industry
* Two to 4 years prior service related or culinary background, or supervisory role in a high-volume food and beverage establishment.
* Base knowledge of Legal and HR issues with regard to the hospitality industry. Federal, state and local laws regarding liquor, labor and health codes / statues.
