Bill Starbuck serves as Lucky Strike’s Corporate executive chef and his expertise has revolutionized bowling cuisine by providing classic American favorites with the Lucky Strike twist. Our menu caters to any need whether for small cravings to share with friends or family like our popular mac & cheese bites, grilled cheese sliders, or the soft pretzel dippers or our classics like the grilled chicken cobb sandwich or our beef short ribs.

Formerly Bill was Vice President of Catering and Corporate Executive Chef of Along Came Mary Productions where he has been credited with revolutionizing large-event gourmet catering. Bill has planned and executed the menus for hundreds of Hollywoods “A list” movie premier parties, many award nights, including the Grammys and the Emmys, and many celebrity events, including the Pitt-Aniston and Streisand-Brolin weddings.
