Chef Rodelio Aglibot
As a first generation Filipino American growing up in his native Hawaii, Rodelio Aglibot got his first inkling that his true love in life would be cooking at a very early age. After attending UCLA, he pursued his culinary aspirations at the City College of San Francisco’s Hotel and Restaurant Program, later participating in the prestigious Chef’s Apprenticeship Program at the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia. Aglibot has been involved in numerous successful restaurant openings, including E & O Trading Company, Yi Cuisine, Koi Restaurant, Ahi Bros, and more. Known for his focus on traditional Japanese ingredients infused with French technique and California style, Aglibot currently works as a Consulting Chef with several clients, including Chicago-based chain Stir Crazy, The Custom Steakhouse, Sonoma Sandwich Board, Tatsoi, and Mendocino Farms in Los Angeles.
